About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of propulsion and airframe systems for flight test and sustainment programs, ensuring performance, safety, and compliance with aerospace standards.
- Develop and execute integration plans, test procedures, and validation strategies for propulsion‑airframe interfaces.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues, optimize system performance, and support continuous improvement.
- Analyze test data, perform root‑cause investigations, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance system reliability.
- Document integration activities, produce technical reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in propulsion‑airframe integration, flight test, or related aerospace systems.
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering, test operations, and sustainment processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams in a dynamic environment.
