Lead the design and operation of scalable, secure cloud platforms on GCP, driving Kubernetes-based infrastructure, DevOps automation, and AI security strategies to support enterprise-grade services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and maintain highly available Kubernetes clusters on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring performance, resilience, and cost efficiency.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworks to accelerate delivery cycles and reduce manual errors.
- Collaborate with security teams to embed AI-driven threat detection, vulnerability scanning, and compliance controls across the platform.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams on best practices for cloud-native development, observability, and incident response.
- Evaluate emerging cloud services and tools, recommending adoption to enhance platform capabilities and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering, with deep expertise in Kubernetes and GCP.
- Proven track record of building and scaling production-grade cloud infrastructure using IaC (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML security concepts and experience integrating them into cloud workflows.
- Excellent scripting skills in Python or Go, and familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Spinnaker.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work with developers, security, and product teams.
