Senior Engineer, PD SG, Dry Etch, NAND

As a Senior Engineer, PD SG, Dry Etch, NAND, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced dry etch technologies for NAND memory products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and qualify new etch processes and equipment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS, with a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing and dry etch processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced dry etch technologies for NAND memory products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and qualify new etch processes and equipment.
• Develop and maintain process models and simulations to optimize etch processes.
• Work with equipment vendors to develop and qualify new etch equipment.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and dry etch processes.
• Strong expertise in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
