About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve advanced network and systems issues for enterprise clients, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Lead pre‑project briefings and post‑implementation reviews, providing clear ETA’s and status updates.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Linux and Windows Server environments, including virtualization platforms.
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in network and systems engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies.
- Proficient scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client expectations under pressure.
- Proactive problem‑solving mindset and commitment to high‑quality service delivery.
