Senior Engineer responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of the mobile core network, including IMS and LTE/5G elements, with 24/7 on‑call support, incident management, and vendor collaboration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor Mobile Core network elements (IMS, LTE, 5G) to meet KPIs and SLAs.
- Provide 24x7 on‑call support, troubleshooting incidents and ensuring rapid resolution.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deploy new services and implement network improvements.
- Analyze performance data, generate reports, and recommend optimizations for service quality.
- Document procedures, update operational playbooks, and support knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Mobile Core, IMS, LTE, and 5G network architectures.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in network performance, fault management, and incident response.
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools, performance analysis, and scripting for automation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, 24/7 on‑call environment.
