Senior Engineer, Maintenance responsible for delivering the Transmission Operations and Maintenance Agreement, ensuring a safe, reliable network through proactive asset management, incident resolution, and partnership with delivery partners.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the Transmission Operations and Maintenance Agreement (TOMSA) to maintain a safe and reliable transmission network.
- Coordinate with delivery partners to resolve escalated maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Implement and monitor reliability and safety metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee asset management activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
- Provide technical guidance and support to field teams, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in transmission maintenance and operations within the energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of reliability engineering, safety compliance, and incident management.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and delivery partners.
- Relevant engineering qualification and industry certifications are a plus.
