Software Engineer
Senior Engineer leading end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise software solutions, driving architecture, development, and deployment using Java, .NET, Agile practices, and AWS cloud services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and .NET frameworks.
- Lead cross‑functional teams through Agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality features.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, automate testing, and manage cloud deployments on AWS.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and operations to define requirements, resolve defects, and optimize performance.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in secure coding and documentation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Java and .NET.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Proven track record in DevOps practices, CI/CD tooling, and AWS cloud services.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
