Software Engineer
Lead the design, development, and integration of ServiceNow solutions, driving automation and ITIL-aligned incident management across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM) to meet business needs.
- Write and maintain custom scripts, UI policies, UI actions, business rules, and client scripts using JavaScript.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and IntegrationHub connectors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine processes, automate workflows, and ensure alignment with ITIL best practices.
- Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and provide ongoing support for ServiceNow incidents and enhancements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer or engineer.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL concepts and ServiceNow modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and external system integration.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
