About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end Cisco Asset Manager lifecycle, ensuring accurate inventory, depreciation, and disposal across multiple sites.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and PowerPoint presentations to report asset performance and cost savings to stakeholders.
- Apply data analytics techniques to identify trends, forecast asset needs, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement ITIL‑aligned asset management procedures and drive continuous improvement.
- Engage customers to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hardware asset lifecycle management, preferably with Cisco Asset Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- ITIL Foundation certification and a solid understanding of IT service management principles.
- Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work rotational shifts and adapt to dynamic environments.
