Software Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, driving customer journey enhancements and operational efficiencies across health services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop and maintain Dynamics 365 modules and custom Power Platform applications to support patient engagement and care workflows.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Implement Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management) to extend functionality and enable real‑time data exchange.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers, fostering best practices in agile development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
- Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure integration.
- Solid understanding of .NET, C#, and web services (REST, OData).
- Experience with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) and regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, communication, and a collaborative mindset.
