About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and analysis of steel structures, ensuring compliance with industry codes and client specifications.
- Develop detailed steel connection designs and perform load calculations for complex assemblies.
- Plan and coordinate erection sequencing, optimizing construction schedules and minimizing on-site risks.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and institutional stakeholders to resolve design challenges and deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and maintaining project standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in steel design and construction engineering.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, Robot Structural Analysis).
- Strong knowledge of steel connection design codes (AISC, Eurocode).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
