Role Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI-driven applications using LLMs and advanced reasoning workflows
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, embeddings, and vector search systems
- Implement tool-integrated AI systems that interact with multiple data sources
- Improve response quality, explainability, and structured outputs from AI systems
- Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration tools
- Design and build scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data
- Develop real-time and batch data processing systems
- Model and optimize data for analytics, forecasting, and AI consumption
- Ensure data quality, governance, and observability
- Work with large-scale, time-series, and IoT datasets
- Define end-to-end architecture for AI and data platforms
- Build and manage microservices/serverless applications on cloud platforms
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance optimization
Minimum Requirements:
- BTech degree in Computer Science or related discipline, MTech degree preferred.
- 6+ years of overall experience architecting, building, and maintaining cost-efficient, scalable cloud and data-driven environments for the organization.
- Agile/Scrum certified professional with experience running sprint ceremonies and managing deliverables.
- Minimum of 1 or 2 years of facilitating Agile ceremonies with strong delivery capabilities.
- Experience interacting with stakeholders and conducting regular meetings to ensure effective project delivery.
- Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex distributed, serverless, data-intensive, and microservices-based applications.
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience implementing distributed applications in a highly virtualized cloud environment (AWS preferred).
