About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle‑based financial data warehouses and transactional systems supporting senior care operations.
- Architect end‑to‑end data pipelines, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring data quality and performance.
- Collaborate with finance, analytics, and engineering teams to define data models, schemas, and integration strategies.
- Implement and optimize PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning for high‑volume financial workloads.
- Drive migration and integration initiatives to cloud environments (e.g., AWS) while maintaining security and compliance standards.
- Mentor junior engineers, enforce best practices, and contribute to technical documentation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle database development, administration, and data architecture.
- Strong expertise in PL/SQL programming, SQL performance tuning, and complex data modeling.
- Proven experience building and managing ETL pipelines using tools such as Informatica, Talend, or native Oracle solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and modern data integration patterns.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work cross‑functionally, and a passion for improving financial systems in a healthcare setting.
