Software Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end AIOps initiatives, blending application development, platform engineering, and AI‑driven operations to deliver automated, intelligent solutions on AWS and Kubernetes environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AIOps pipelines that automate monitoring, incident response, and root‑cause analysis across cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into production workflows, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions, and manage containerized workloads on Kubernetes.
- Implement observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and enhance alerting with intelligent anomaly detection.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in secure, maintainable code.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on DevOps and AI operations.
- Proficiency in Python and Node.js for building scalable services.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch) and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Strong background in machine learning model deployment and monitoring.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
