Software Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of generative AI solutions, building and hosting deep‑learning models, and driving testing, evaluation, and analysis to deliver high‑impact AI features.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement generative AI models, ensuring scalability and performance for production workloads.
- Design and maintain model hosting pipelines, integrating with cloud services and monitoring tools.
- Develop and execute rigorous testing, evaluation, and analysis frameworks to validate model outputs and system behavior.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into AI feature specifications.
- Continuously improve model training workflows, data pipelines, and deployment processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on generative models.
- Proficiency in Python, deep‑learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Strong background in model hosting, CI/CD for ML, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
