Software Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of agentic AI systems, leveraging Python, advanced ML, NLP, and reinforcement learning techniques on AWS to create autonomous, goal‑oriented agents for enterprise applications.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end agentic AI pipelines, integrating perception, planning, and execution modules.
- Develop and fine‑tune large language models and reinforcement learning agents using PyTorch/TensorFlow.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Deploy models to AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS) ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Conduct rigorous testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement of agent behaviors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on NLP and reinforcement learning.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Hands‑on experience deploying ML models on AWS services.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
