Software Engineer
Senior Engineer responsible for Level‑1 support of Active Directory and Azure AD environments, managing user accounts, password resets, and multi‑geo configurations while adhering to ITIL processes and SLAs.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day Level‑1 support for Active Directory, Azure AD, Entra ID, ADFS, and Entra Connect during business hours.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and organizational units: creation, modification, and deletion in Active Directory.
- Handle password resets, account lockouts, and basic access issues, ensuring timely resolution within SLA.
- Support multi‑geo environments, ensuring proper replication and compliance across regions.
- Adhere to ITIL processes, report incidents, and collaborate with Track Lead/Team Lead for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Active Directory and Azure AD administration.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Entra ID, ADFS, and Entra Connect.
- Strong understanding of multi‑geo support and replication.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices and SLA management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
