About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and validate end‑to‑end embedded solutions for automotive platforms, integrating AUTOSAR and Android Automotive stacks.
- Lead technical design reviews, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety certifications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define system requirements, performance targets, and security controls.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams on best practices in embedded software development and cybersecurity.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and documentation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in automotive embedded systems, with deep knowledge of AUTOSAR and Android Automotive.
- Proficiency in C/C++, RTOS, and software architecture patterns.
- Strong background in automotive cybersecurity, including threat modeling and secure coding.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead technical teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration pipelines.
