Lead the design of safety‑critical control software for autonomous vehicles, driving architecture, integration, and compliance with automotive standards using C/C++, AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, RTOS, and ROS.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design safety‑critical embedded software for autonomous vehicle control systems.
- Define and enforce ISO 26262 compliance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Integrate AUTOSAR components and ROS modules with vehicle hardware and sensors.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and testing teams to validate system performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high quality standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of embedded software experience in automotive or aerospace domains.
- Deep knowledge of C/C++, RTOS, AUTOSAR, and ROS.
- Proven track record in safety‑critical system design and ISO 26262 certification.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with hardware‑software integration and real‑time performance tuning.
