About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive validation plans for analog, digital, power, EMC, and RF hardware components.
- Design, build, and maintain automated test environments and testbenches to accelerate defect detection and performance verification.
- Conduct functional, environmental, and compliance testing to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues.
- Drive continuous improvement of test methodologies and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in electronics hardware testing and validation.
- Deep understanding of analog/digital design, power electronics, EMC, and RF testing principles.
- Experience with compliance testing (CE, FCC, UL, etc.) and regulatory documentation.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and strong communication abilities.
