About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, model, and scale electrolysis systems for lithium hydroxide production from diverse lithium brine feeds.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance caustic and acid recovery from sodium effluent streams.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in pilot plant operation, troubleshooting, and performance validation.
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate emerging electrochemical technologies and materials.
- Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and regulatory compliance submissions.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Chemical, Electrochemical, or Process Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in electrolysis system design and operation.
- Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, CHEMCAD).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data‑driven optimization.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
