Senior Dynamics CRM Developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, integrating with Azure services, and delivering releases in collaboration with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Implement integrations with Azure services, APIs, and external systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Manage the full release lifecycle, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and support ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL Server.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Demonstrated ability to design integrations, manage releases, and work in Agile delivery teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
