About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a scalable, agentic AI platform that powers real‑time, personalized banking experiences.
- Design, train, and fine‑tune large language models and reinforcement‑learning agents using TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Develop production‑grade pipelines for data ingestion, model serving, and continuous monitoring on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with product, security, and compliance teams to embed responsible AI principles, bias mitigation, and explainability into all solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive best‑practice adoption for model versioning, testing, and observability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands‑on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and large‑scale AI system design.
- Expertise in Python and deep‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record deploying AI services on cloud platforms (AWS) using container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of responsible AI, model governance, and production monitoring.
