About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable, agentic AI platforms that deliver real‑time, personalized banking services.
- Design, train, and fine‑tune large language models and reinforcement‑learning agents to handle customer interactions and anomaly detection.
- Implement responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, model interpretability, and continuous monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional product, data, and security teams to integrate AI solutions into production pipelines.
- Lead technical mentorship, code reviews, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives for senior engineering staff.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning and AI system development, with a focus on large language models or agentic AI.
- Expertise in Python and modern ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong background in reinforcement learning, model serving, and cloud‑native deployment (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Proven track record of implementing responsible AI practices and delivering production‑grade AI services at scale.
