Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle and PostgreSQL databases for legal discovery projects.
- Perform performance tuning, query optimization, and capacity planning to meet strict SLAs.
- Lead data migration, replication, and backup/restore strategies, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Implement robust security controls, access management, and audit logging for sensitive legal data.
- Collaborate with legal, IT, and compliance teams to support discovery workflows and data requests.
Requirements
- 10+ years of database administration experience, with deep expertise in Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Proven track record in performance tuning, high‑availability design, and disaster recovery.
