About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the SVP of Platform to define and execute technology strategy across engineering, data, AI/ML, and infrastructure.
- Lead engineering managers, architects, and technology leads to deliver scalable, secure, and cost‑optimized platforms.
- Set technical direction, standards, and best practices for software development, data pipelines, and AI/ML model deployment.
- Drive continuous improvement in execution quality, release velocity, and operational reliability.
- Oversee cloud cost management, capacity planning, and architecture modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in software, data, and AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and modern programming languages such as Python and Java.
- Proven track record of building and scaling secure, high‑performance platforms with strong cost‑optimization focus.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience guiding large, cross‑functional teams through complex technical challenges and delivering measurable outcomes.
