About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale end‑to‑end technical programs for field service products, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and alignment with business strategy.
- Drive Agile practices across multi‑disciplinary teams, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and customer success leaders to define program scope, priorities, and success metrics.
- Manage program risks, dependencies, and resource allocation, proactively mitigating blockers and ensuring stakeholder visibility.
- Champion data‑driven decision making, using analytics to track progress, forecast outcomes, and report status to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of program or project management experience in a technology or SaaS environment, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record delivering complex, cross‑functional programs that impact large customer bases.
- Strong Agile expertise (Scrum, SAFe, or similar) and experience leading Agile ceremonies at scale.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills across all levels of an organization.
- Experience with field service or customer‑facing technology solutions is highly desirable.
