About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the solutions development strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of architects, developers, and analysts to deliver high‑impact, cloud‑native solutions for real‑estate clients.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and operations to translate client needs into scalable, secure, and compliant technology roadmaps.
- Drive adoption of best practices in data analytics, DevOps, and continuous delivery to accelerate time‑to‑market.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, present technical concepts to executive leadership, and influence strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership within the real‑estate or related industry.
- Proven track record delivering cloud‑based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data‑driven platforms.
- Strong understanding of real‑estate processes, market dynamics, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
