Software Engineer
Lead a multidisciplinary team to design, build, and govern responsible AI solutions, leveraging large language models, machine learning, and cloud platforms while ensuring ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision for responsible AI across the organization, aligning technical strategy with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Lead a high‑performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers to develop, test, and deploy large language model‑based products.
- Establish governance frameworks, bias detection pipelines, and model interpretability tools to ensure transparency and fairness.
- Collaborate with product, security, and legal stakeholders to embed responsible AI practices into the product lifecycle.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging AI technologies, cloud services, and open‑source tools for scalability and compliance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML research or engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning, large language models, and responsible AI methodologies (bias mitigation, explainability, safety).
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) and experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of building and scaling data‑driven teams and delivering production‑grade AI solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional partners on ethical AI considerations.
