About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the vision and execution of research initiatives across customer and developer experience domains, ensuring insights translate into actionable product and design strategies.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of researchers, analysts, and designers, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigor, and rapid learning.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design leaders to embed user intelligence into the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Design and oversee large‑scale qualitative and quantitative studies, including ethnographic research, usability testing, surveys, and data analytics.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, influencing business priorities and resource allocation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in user research, experience design, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading high‑impact research programs.
- Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, data analysis, and human‑centered design principles.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and scaling research teams.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of translating complex insights into clear, actionable guidance for cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for driving business outcomes through user‑centric innovation.
