About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a multidisciplinary research and user intelligence team focused on customer and developer experiences.
- Design and execute rigorous qualitative and quantitative studies to uncover insights that inform product strategy and design decisions.
- Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for product, design, and engineering stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to set research priorities, align with business goals, and measure impact on user satisfaction and business metrics.
- Champion a culture of data‑driven decision making and continuous learning across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in UX research, user intelligence, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading large research teams.
- Expertise in both qualitative methods (interviews, ethnography, usability testing) and quantitative techniques (surveys, analytics, A/B testing).
- Strong ability to communicate complex insights to executive audiences and influence product strategy.
- Experience working in fast‑paced, technology‑focused environments, preferably in financial services or SaaS.
- Demonstrated success in building scalable research processes and tools that drive measurable business outcomes.
