About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for the Lito Platform, from vision and strategy to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and legal experts to define feature sets that leverage AI for risk reduction and workflow efficiency.
- Own the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on market research, customer feedback, and business impact.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment, ensuring clear communication of goals, timelines, and success metrics.
- Analyze performance data, derive insights, and iterate on product features to maximize user adoption and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in SaaS or legal technology, with a proven track record of launching AI‑enabled products.
- Deep understanding of legal workflows, compliance, and the challenges faced by law firms and corporate legal departments.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions and measure outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in a hybrid or distributed team environment.
