About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Ads & Campaign Platform serving retail media customers.
- Lead cross‑functional teams—including engineering, data science, design, and sales—to deliver high‑impact features on time and within budget.
- Translate market trends, client needs, and performance data into product requirements and prioritization frameworks.
- Establish and track key product metrics, ensuring the platform drives measurable revenue growth and advertiser ROI.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and external partners to align product initiatives with broader business objectives and go‑to‑market strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years leading large‑scale advertising or retail media platforms.
- Proven track record of launching data‑driven ad products that generate significant revenue and user engagement.
- Strong analytical background; comfortable working with large data sets, KPIs, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Expertise in Agile development processes and experience managing distributed, multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and external partners.
