Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage and mentor a team of 18 engineers, fostering career development and high performance.
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery process, ensuring timely, high‑quality releases through Agile and CI/CD practices.
- Collaborate with Product and Design leaders to translate priorities into actionable technical solutions.
- Review designs, influence architecture decisions, and contribute code when needed to maintain technical depth.
- Maintain a healthy engineering culture by removing blockers, promoting best practices, and ensuring robust quality standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership or director‑level roles.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale enterprise applications using Agile methodologies.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong people‑management skills with a focus on coaching, performance management, and team building.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work cross‑functionally with product, design, and executive stakeholders.
