About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive test strategy for enterprise systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and security of AI‑powered platforms.
- Build and scale test automation frameworks using Python and CI/CD pipelines on AWS to accelerate release cycles.
- Partner with software, hardware, and data science teams to integrate testing early in the development lifecycle and support Agile delivery.
- Lead a high‑performing test organization, mentoring engineers, establishing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide metrics, reporting, and risk assessments to senior leadership, guiding decisions on system readiness and deployment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in systems testing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large‑scale, mission‑critical platforms.
- Deep expertise in test automation, Python scripting, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) within cloud environments such as AWS.
- Proven track record of implementing Agile/DevOps practices in complex, multi‑disciplinary engineering organizations.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML pipelines, sensor fusion, and real‑time command‑and‑control architectures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical risk into actionable business decisions.
