Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for provider-facing solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
- Lead cross‑functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation in ordering, clinical workflows, and interoperability, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance provider experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including engineering, design, compliance, and clinical experts, to prioritize features and deliver value.
- Measure product performance using data analytics, iterate based on user feedback, and report progress to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management within healthcare IT, with a proven track record of launching successful digital products.
- Deep understanding of provider workflows, clinical processes, and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
- Strong leadership skills, capable of managing large, cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
