Leads strategy, implementation, and optimization of enterprise financial systems, driving integration, data integrity, and operational efficiency across finance, reporting, and analytics using ERP, cloud, and BI tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for enterprise financial systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee implementation, migration, and ongoing optimization of ERP platforms such as Workday or SAP, including modules for accounting, budgeting, and procurement.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to integrate financial data with cloud services (AWS) and business intelligence solutions, delivering accurate, real‑time reporting.
- Establish governance, data standards, and security controls to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Drive change management initiatives, training, and stakeholder communication to maximize user adoption and system effectiveness.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing large‑scale financial systems, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in ERP implementation (Workday, SAP, Oracle) and cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
- Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience in SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for financial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects and drive organizational change.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
