Senior engineering leader responsible for overseeing facilities engineering services, driving technology adoption such as BIM and IoT, and delivering large‑scale projects while mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a multidisciplinary engineering organization delivering facilities management services across a portfolio of commercial properties.
- Define and execute technology roadmaps, including BIM implementation, IoT sensor integration, and data‑driven maintenance strategies.
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of capital projects, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality targets.
- Partner with senior business leaders to align engineering initiatives with corporate sustainability and operational efficiency goals.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation, safety, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience, preferably in facilities or commercial real‑estate environments.
- Proven track record managing large, complex capital projects and delivering measurable cost‑savings.
- Deep knowledge of BIM, IoT, and other digital tools that enhance building performance and maintenance.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering; advanced degree or professional certifications a plus.
