Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record building scalable payment and insurance platforms in a fintech context.
- Strong expertise in cloud architecture (AWS preferred) and backend languages such as Python or Node.js.
- Experience with API design, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring teams.
