We are currently seeking a Sr. Director, Digital Manufacturing and Intelligent Automation who will be responsible for driving and overseeing the digital transformation initiatives for our operations organization. As the Digital Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to leverage digital technologies, enhance operational efficiency, and drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep understanding of digital technologies, and the ability to collaborate across various functions and teams. This position reports to the VP of Engineering and is part of the Global Engineering team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Be at the forefront of identifying and evaluating emerging digital trends and technologies. Your expertise in digital technologies, such as cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and Internet of Things (IoT), will allow you to assess their potential impact on the organization's operations.
· Strong focus on establishing and progressing our Smart Manufacturing Global Strategy, which will include developing our Capability Center.
