About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the digital integration strategy for the end‑to‑end cell therapy supply chain, aligning technology roadmaps with business objectives.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and scale automation, data pipelines, and analytics platforms that improve visibility, traceability, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams to translate complex biological processes into robust digital workflows and real‑time monitoring solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data‑driven insights, predictive modeling, and performance metrics to reduce cycle time and cost.
- Manage large‑scale projects, budgets, and stakeholder communications, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain or operations leadership within biopharma, with a focus on cell therapy or advanced therapeutics.
- Proven track record of delivering digital transformation initiatives, including automation, data integration, and advanced analytics.
- Strong expertise in supply chain management concepts, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing processes for cell‑based products.
- Excellent project management and change‑leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
- Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or MBA) in engineering, life sciences, data science, or a related field.
