About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi‑year data and analytics strategy aligned with business goals and patient outcomes.
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, warehouses, and analytics platforms on AWS.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists, fostering a culture of data‑driven decision making.
- Partner with clinical, operations, and finance leaders to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
- Establish data governance, security, and compliance frameworks to protect patient information.
- Drive advanced analytics and machine‑learning initiatives to uncover insights that improve treatment efficacy and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred) for building data pipelines and analytical models.
- Strong background in designing data warehouses, ETL processes, and implementing governance and security standards.
- Experience delivering machine‑learning solutions that generate measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of influencing executive leadership.
