About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall data advisory roadmap, aligning services with market trends and client needs.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data architects, analysts, and engineers to deliver end‑to‑end data solutions.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to design data strategy, governance frameworks, and analytics roadmaps.
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, machine learning, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) within client engagements.
- Own P&L responsibility, forecast revenue, and develop new service offerings to expand the practice.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or data‑driven consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in data governance, data architecture, and building scalable analytics solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data stack technologies.
- Hands‑on experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills, with a track record of influencing C‑level executives.
