About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI Operations strategy to deliver real‑time, AI‑driven insights for global supply chain customers.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and site reliability engineers in building, deploying, and monitoring production‑grade machine‑learning models.
- Architect and manage scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS) for data ingestion, processing, and model serving, ensuring low latency and high availability.
- Establish robust MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, model versioning, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate logistics data into actionable intelligence and next‑gen applications.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML systems, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing end‑to‑end model lifecycle.
- Deep expertise in Python, data engineering frameworks, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Proven track record of building real‑time analytics pipelines and MLOps frameworks at scale.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and drive cross‑functional alignment.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related domains is a plus.
