About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and enforce the architecture and engineering standards for the AI platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Own the end‑to‑end AI development engine (Agent Factory), driving continuous delivery of production‑grade ML and AI applications.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a world‑class team of engineers and engineering leaders focused on turning business problems into AI solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product, data, and operations teams to prioritize features, manage roadmaps, and deliver measurable business impact.
- Champion best practices in DevOps, MLOps, and cloud infrastructure to accelerate deployment cycles and maintain high availability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record of delivering production systems.
- Deep expertise in platform architecture, cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and MLOps pipelines.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and scaling engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Hands‑on technical credibility and a passion for staying ahead of AI trends.
