Software Engineer
Lead the design, optimization, and support of a modern digital workplace, driving collaboration and user adoption across the organization using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end digital collaboration solutions, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams, to meet business needs.
- Partner with business units and IT to assess requirements, define roadmaps, and deliver scalable, secure collaboration environments.
- Drive user adoption through training, communication, and support initiatives, ensuring high engagement and productivity.
- Manage change and governance policies, ensuring compliance, security, and best‑practice standards across the digital workplace.
- Analyze usage data, gather feedback, and continuously improve the collaboration ecosystem to enhance user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital workplace strategy, implementation, and support.
- Deep expertise with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and related collaboration tools.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, with a focus on change management and user adoption.
- Knowledge of ITIL, security best practices, and compliance frameworks is a plus.
