Software Engineer
Lead the design, deployment and support of modern Microsoft 365 workplace solutions across APAC, driving collaboration, security and user experience through SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform and Azure AD integration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and Power Platform apps, to meet business needs across Health Insurance, Aged Care and Health Services.
- Manage and automate tenant administration using PowerShell, Azure AD, and Microsoft Graph APIs, ensuring secure identity and access management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to migrate legacy systems, optimize collaboration workflows, and deliver end‑user training and support.
- Monitor and troubleshoot platform performance, applying best practices for governance, compliance, and data protection.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, staying current with Microsoft 365 roadmap and emerging workplace technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 engineering, with deep expertise in SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform and Azure AD.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and familiarity with Microsoft Graph API.
- Experience designing and implementing governance, security, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft 365.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering large‑scale digital workplace projects on time and within budget.
