Software Engineer
Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of AI‑powered collaboration solutions across Microsoft 365, driving productivity and user adoption through advanced automation, governance, and cloud integration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end Microsoft 365 solutions, including Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform, with AI enhancements for workflow automation.
- Integrate Azure AD and other identity services to ensure secure, single‑sign‑on experiences across the digital workplace.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and Azure Automation runbooks to streamline provisioning, monitoring, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, conduct pilots, and roll out enterprise‑wide deployments.
- Provide technical guidance and training to end users and support staff, fostering adoption of new collaboration tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and digital workplace engineering.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell, Azure AD, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML integration in collaboration tools (e.g., Teams AI, SharePoint Syntex).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and user training.
