Senior Digital Technology Manager - Commerce Platform - Ralph Lauren

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve a scalable, cloud‑native commerce platform that supports high‑volume transactions and omnichannel experiences.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in Agile sprints, ensuring timely delivery of new features, performance improvements, and security enhancements.
• Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to embed real‑time insights, personalization, and recommendation engines into the platform.
• Manage vendor relationships, evaluate emerging technologies, and drive continuous improvement of platform capabilities.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in e‑commerce technology leadership, with a proven track record of delivering large‑scale, cloud‑based platforms.
• Deep expertise in cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and API‑driven integration.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using data analytics tools to drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
• Experience in the fashion or luxury retail sector is a plus.
