About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on‑site installation, configuration, and commissioning of digital power automation solutions, including PLCs, SCADA, and HMI systems.
- Collaborate with customers to assess system requirements, design integration plans, and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and performance tuning to achieve optimal system reliability and efficiency.
- Document installation procedures, create technical reports, and provide training to customer personnel.
- Travel to multiple sites, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of field engineering experience in power systems or industrial automation.
- Strong knowledge of industrial networking protocols (Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
